Here are some pictures of our one bedroom furnished apartment that is for rent here in Imus Cavite.
The rent is PHP 10,000 per month and furnished with aircon and electric fan.
It also includes a colour TV, fridge freezer, double bed complete with beddings, dining table and chairs with cooker and cooking utensils, plates, pots etc. The rent excludes electric usage bill but includes water, cable tv and free wifi internet.
It is located in our apartment building on the ground floor in a quiet safe gated sub division with 24 hour guard. We are 5 minutes walk from Robinsons shopping mall in Imus Cavite and we are one minutes walk from Aguinaldo highway with good access to transportation into Manila and Tagaytay.

We also have unfurnished units from PHP5,000 please call for availability.

To get there, from Manila take ride to Imus, Cavite then pass Robinsons Mall. On the same side along Aguinaldo Highway about 200 yards you will see the gate to Villa Nicasia 1 Subdivision. Go inside and take the first right turn (246 Sapphire Street). You will see the white building with green gate which is Stanley House.
